Prime Minister Youth internship Program 2018-19 - Stipend Rs.15,000 per month

Prime Minister Youth Program 2018-19:

Prime Minister's  Youth  Programme is a  revolutionary  programme for the  socio- economic  development  of  youth, in a  bid to  combat soaring  unemployment  in the  country. It has a broad canvas of schemes  aimed at  enabling youth and poor segments  of population to: Get good  employment, opportunities, Secure  economic empowerment,  Acquire skills needed for  gainful  employment, Have access to higher education and IT tools,  Access  to on-the-job training/internship for  young  graduates  to improve  the  probability of getting a  productive  job.



Eligibility Criteria?

16 years HEC  recognized degree  or  equivalent.
Diploma of 3 years after Matric / FSc.
Madrassah  graduates  are also  entitled  to apply.

50% of marks or 2.5 CGPA in final degree/diploma is the minimum threshold for selection of interns.

Age Group: 

Age limit is up to  25 years &  for AJK- GB-  FATA-  Southern  Punjab ( Multan Division,  Dera  Ghazi Khan Division, Bahawalpur Division) and Balochistan is 30  years  as on  05,11,2017

Pakistani  National.

There is no  gender  discrimination  female  candidates  will be encouraged  to  apply.

Stipend?

Rs.15,000  per  month for 12  months

Training Programme:

Focal  points  in each  private and  public  office will  be  responsible for ensuring  effective  use of the  internees'  services

Areas of Training:

All  leading  private sector  firms/ bodies and  development  sector organizations- federal, provincial  and local government  offices including  educational institutions will be  offered  services  of the internees
